A graduate of Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, as Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She also received the Special Academic Award as the Top Graduate with her degree in Doctor of Medicine.

       She completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology  and fellowship training in Radiation Oncology at Philippine General Hospital, Manila Philippines. She is a diplomate and Fellow of the Philippine College of Radiology (FPCR), fellow of the Philippine Radiation Oncology Society (FPROS), Philippine Society of Oncology (FPSO and CT-MRI Society of the Philippines (FCT-MRISP).

     She has served as board examiner for both the Philippine Board of Radiation Oncology and the Philippine Board of Radiology in 2007 to 2009 and 2012 – 2015, respectively.

      Currently she also acts as a Radiologist for the Department of Health TB-DOTS Program, and she practices both diagnostic radiology and radiation oncology here at Perpetual Succour Hospital.
