Started on July 2003, this unit specializes in the evaluation and management of general gynecologic diseases and malignancies. Colposcopy can aid the early detection and treatment of cervical cancer, one of the most common malignancies affecting women today. Launched last November 2003, this center is your one-stop-shop for diabetes education and nutrition. Diabetes educators and dietitians are always on hand for one-on-one comprehensive teaching for the diabetic individual and his family. Services offered include dietary counseling, diabetes education for home blood glucose monitoring, self-injection of insulin, proper foot care and weight management. This center is located at the  5th -floor (Room 506) of the SPC Medical Specialty Centre.

Launched on April 25, 2007, the Public-Private Mix DOTS (PPMD) Unit in PSH is an aggressive partnership with the Department of Health in fighting against Tuberculosis. The strategy called Directly Observed Treatment Shortcourse Therapy (DOTS) is the effective way of monitoring the progress of TB patients by ensuring that they diligently take their medicines. Ultimately, the PSH-PPMD Unit aims to prevent the recurrence of the disease among its patients. Best of all, it’s free. The clinic is located at the Ground floor of the Annex building.

It is equipped with sophisticated operating microscopes, YAG laser and phaco machines capable of handling complex cases like hypermature and complicated cataracts, vitrectomy with endolaser, glaucoma and refractive surgery and many others, on an out-patient basis. Should the need arise, major cases like trauma, pediatric and cancer surgery can be done in the major O.R. of PSH. This center is located at the 4th floor of the Our Mother of Perpetual Succour Specialty Center.

One of the first 3 Hemophilia Center in the Philippines assisting patients with clotting factor VIII deficiency (Hemophilia A) or factor IX deficiency (Hemophilia B) and other bleeding disorders. This center is located at the Mezzanine of the Our Lady of Chartres Building. It is also the home of the Hemophilia Association of the Philippines Inc., A lay support group of Hemophilia patients themselves and advocates.

The Center opened in June 2004 to offer services geared toward neurological as well as psychiatric conditions.  It offers a facility for Electroencephalogram (EEG) which is useful for the evaluation of seizures, headaches, dizziness, loss of consciousness, memory lapses, behavioral change, involuntary movements, change in sensorium, speech delay, attention deficit, mental deficiency and other neuropsychiatric disorders. Expert adult and child neurologist as well as psychiatrists are readily available in the institution to cater to problems like migraine, stroke, epilepsy, dementia, movement disorders, depression and other neuropsychiatric disorders.

Polysomnography (PSG), also known as sleep study, is a comprehensive recording of the biophysiological changes that occur during sleep. Polysomnography is used to diagnose or rule out many types of sleep disorders including narcolepsy, periodic limb movement disorder (PLMD), rapid eye movement (REM) behavior disorder, parasomnias and sleep apnea.
