Information Section
Located at the main lobby of the Sto. Niño building (main hospital building), the Information Section is the patient’s source of pertinent details about the hospital.

We place great importance on the need for the strictest confidentiality in respect to patient information.
We follow a stringent protocol on disclosure and release of information. Please approach any of our staff to be better informed of our policies.

Admitting Section
The Admitting Section is located at the ground floor of the Our Lady of Chartres building.
Our Admitting staff facilitates patient admissions. Relevant patient's record will be asked from you, so it is best that you bring Identification and Health Cards if you have them. We understand that there are situations beyond your control, therefore our staff will be available to explain our hospital’s policies and procedures to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible.
